Machine maintenance instructions and treatment methods

1. Maintenance: After the work is over, turn off the power source and clean the dust on the machine to clean the fallen materials and other objects, and at the same time clean the fiber head dust.
2.Maintenance: regularly add anti-rust lubricating rail oil to each linear guide rail. Note: Do not add too much oil (T32# rail oil).
3.Maintenance: Regularly check whether all screws on the equipment are loose
4.Maintenance: Check whether the magnetic switch on the cylinder is loose.
5.Maintenance: Check whether the infrared optical fiber cable is loose and fall off, and check whether the optical fiber cable is firmly connected to the amplifier.
6.Maintenance: When the equipment is not used for a long time, it should be maintained once and wrapped with stretch film and placed in a dry environment.
